Requested a quote. Booked a time for installation. Paid deposit. Quote not provided after 3 followup calls. Cancelled installation. Refused to repay deposit unless I went to the store. Refused to discuss further. I am cancelling the credit card transaction for failure to provide the goods/service.
Can’t recommend this store enough. Came in to get a headunit fitted for my car, found out that you couldn’t walk in and get it done, but these guys helped me get it out and expected nothing in return. One of them was even off his shift and still went out of his way to help me. Ask for Lucky and he’ll get you set!
They replaced my windows wipers for new ones and also went the extra mile. I wish that I have gone there in the first place. Will be back for further products. I found the staff with a Professional approach to what they do.

Thank you so much to Aaron who was amazing when I came in yesterday. I needed new license plate frames and he found me the right ones and fitted them for me when I was clueless. He was very friendly, helpful and a breath of fresh air - an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I would like to congratulate whoever hired the young man who replaced my windscreen wiper this morning… This young man showed the true meaning of customer service! He volunteered to take off the old wiper … sorted out the new one I needed and replaced it all with a lovely smile on his face. Very much appreciated!!!
I would like to commend a staff member at this store. Carl who is the auto electrician at this store fixed an electrical issue with my car cam that no one else at this store has ever been able resolve. Thank you Carl for being professional and extremely knowledgeable. Auto Barn needs more technicians like you in every store !!!!!
Yup sell ya what ya want and fit in ya car like a new radio but show you haw to fly it nahh too much trouble I did manage to work it out myself wouldn't recommend them to anyone
