They have a amazing kitchen showroom but the service was no where near amazing. We must have come on a admin day or something (a Monday) as we passed many sales people with any acknowledgement from any of them. They all looked busy and not interested. I felt I was bothering people when asking a few questions about the items on display. What a shame as I ended up spending my $15000 on my new kitchen appliances next door at Domayne which didn’t have as an impressive show room but I was helped straight away and gave me the service I was looking for. Unfortunately this it what I experienced on this occasion at this store.

My first 'stereo' was bought here and sold to me Mr Harvey himself! Yes, we're going back a few decades lol It's a much bigger centre now and has everything I could ever need in any stage of my life; from when I'm penny pinching and need more cost-effective items, to having a bit behind me and want more quality. The staff and customer service here is always (and I mean always) second to none. Each section, being electrical, bedding, kitchen, computers, etc, has staff who know their products, offer sensible advice, appear to enjoy what they do and always have you feeling like you made a great purchase. I've never felt like I've been 'ripped off' or 'duped'. And, I seem to always walk out feeling I've learned something! Plenty of easy parking, sausage sizzle on the weekends, helpful staff, good pricing across the board...yep I'm happy to continue coming for a few more decades yet ;-) Thanks to Lauren who helped with my television purchase yesterday. Honest, informative and with a smile (what I've come to expect) :-)

Once again twice in 2 weeks not one staff member approached me just turned away. We to domain had the best service had check prices and was great. Purchased happily.

Harvey Norman is Harvey Norman. Sometimes great knowledgeable staff, sometimes rude unhelpful staff. Always huge range of products across the board. Good, negotiable prices. Bright, modern atmosphere.

I walked into the Bundall store about 3.45 pm to purchase a De'longhi coffee machine & an electric kettle. I looked at all the machines & no one approached me to see if I required assistance. I wandered about the kettles & then back to the coffee machines. After 15 minutes I walked out disgusted with the lack of service. Staff were talking amongst themselves. One was on a computer & I saw one with another customer. No wonder people buy online. I wanted someone to explain differences to me. Now I'll boy from appliances online. I live at Helensvale , it's not just a quick few minutes down the road. I am very disappointed.
