Bought a brand-new printer was promised it was easy to use and simple setup which it was although after printing one page it continued to stay in sleep mode. When I rang up for a helping hand no one was able to help me and no one offered to help me, they said it needed to be booked into a technician and looked at. I didn’t think this was the case with New products 1 day old, Now I’m without a printer and out-of-pocket and I can’t finish the job I was working on. Go elsewhere for quality help.
nAfter a frustrating experience with another store Harvey Norman Burleigh Heads that had no idea about blenders, I contacted Harvey Norman Bundall and spoke with Tyrone. He was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also gave me a great deal!nnWhen I later visited the store and looked at the blender display, Ebony came over and offered assistance straight away. She was just as helpful and friendly, talked me through the blenders, and followed up with my pickup order.nnHonestly, both Tyrone and Ebony deserve a pay rise — top-notch customer service from both of them. Highly recommend Harvey Norman Bundall!
I attended this store when couch shopping twice over 3 days. Oli took care of my partner and I on the second day and definitely assisted us in making us feel confident with the product we were purchasing. He was incredibly attentive although not too much which is thoughtful, knowledgeable and we were able to have a casual yet product focussed chat with him while deciding between couches. We are yet to have it delivered. Most of the staff over the phone were 5 stars also. Very reassuring for such a big purchase and honest also.
Paul from kitchen appliances is a disgrace to Harvey Norman’s. Clearly no customer services skills and a bad attitude. Not a good look for your store I would recommend replacing him asap.
Many thanks for Jayden in the mobile phone department in Bundall. He was helping me and a nice couple looking to get a new phone. I was recently sold a lemon phone by the good guys a year or two and been wanting to get something decent for a while and felt really comfortable and Jayden really knew his stuff on phones, made sure I was taken care of and had the proper protection and security for my purchase. The store even has a department to properly put on the screen protector which is huge for me because I always stuff it up. New phone works like a dream. A very great experience and many thanks!
