Hi I’d like to give a huge thank you to Theagie for his outstanding service recently. Theague immediately understood my situation and created a procedure to have my products returned and delivered the following day I was so pleased and thankful for his eagerness to assist with having my problem solved quickly and efficiently. There was a misunderstanding on my part when Theague mention he was writing up the invoice I assumed I would be receiving acknowledgement of the plan we had decided on. I was expecting an email straight after the call which is the usual way, but what Theague was referring to was a receipt of the transaction once the delivery and return was complete. So I do apologies about that! To sum up a very pleasant experience buying my air conditioning units. I’m so thankful Theague was straight onto it and I could do a return of the incorrect units my son had purchased and swap over for the correct air conditioning units. Had a good buying experience here thanks to Sue (wonderful woman think she normally works at the Robina store) very patient and went above and beyond to help. Bought a washing machine + extended warranty and found it cheaper in a competitor's store, was refunded the difference in store.... Fantastic

Wayne was extremely helpful with his knowledge and advice. The gentleman who finally helped with purchasing the infinity oscillating fan -sunbeam was very helpful and taking it into the car.

Long story short. Spent over 4 HOURS in store on the weekend because I brought in my 11month old laptop that was faulty and tried to have it fixed or replaced through the warranty I paid extra for. They made me call to concierge service (on hold for 30 minutes) and get a number. Did that. Went back in store, they couldn't find the number i was given over the phone in the system despite me check the number was correct multiple times. Everyone just stood around for 30 minutes and then decided that they were going to call the concierge service themselves (Took another 30 minutes on hold). got the number but it turns out there's just something wrong with the system. Call there IT Service. Meanwhile Im still standing around at the front desk waiting for someone to offer me a solution. Stood around for another hour. told them despite there system problems someone needs to fix or replace the laptop so sort out you stuff in you own time so they ended up taking the laptop off my hands and advising I could go choose a new laptop as the old one was discontinued. I asked for help as I didnt know what I was looking at and there was limited stock available. Stood there for another 45 minutes waiting for help finally got help and chose the laptop which then took another 20 minutes to find the laptop I chose in stock. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Terrible service and understaffed. You have to hunt down staff and wait at least ten minutes for them to serve you.
