Travelled to the gold coast, because some of our bridal party lives on the GC. Made an appointment 2 days prior. Our appointment was for 11am, we made it there 11.15am. We walked in to no greetings from staff. Finally once I pulled the young girl up and said I had an appointment at 11, she said "someone will be with you soon". We had bridesmaids and groomsmen standing around for a fitting for more then 30 minutes. Resulting in us leaving. Disappointed others walked through and got served and suited up in time allocated to us! Completely unprofessional!

Im not oje to give a bad review but these guys deserve it... Hired suits here for a friends wedding .. while my friend was super organised these guys told us we could come the week before the wedding for final fitments etc after hours on a Thursday... had my friend not rang the week before to just make sure we would of been standing outside of a closed store the day before his wedding because they changed their times and never bothered to call.... lack of communication 1 star lost 2nd star lost because the attention to detail and quality of suits is sub par... had I known this before my friend had booked I'd choose elsewhere...

From the moment we walked into the store for my wedding dress appointment we felt welcome. The store is set up beautifully and it is so easy to browse and locate the styles you are looking for. The staff are friendly and full of useful tips for making the dress work for you on the big day. I felt relaxed and calm the whole time, never rushed even though it was Christmas Eve and the staff were probably eager to get home. I found my perfect wedding dress! I will recommend Ferrari Formal Bundall to friends and family who are getting married in the future! The whole experience was wonderful.
