Paul and the team at Bridgestone Bundall are amazing! I called on Monday about my break pads and disks hoping to see someone asap as I am a single mum and it was the week of Christmas. I had already called a few other mechanics who had quoted me $1000 and told me they couldn’t get me in until mid January. Paul was extremely genuine, honest and helpful. He explained the service he could provide and at a much better price. He also booked me in on Wednesday - only two days later. He was very thorough with his service check and also caring. In the end he fixed one of my tyres, did a service and replaced my back disks for much less than I was quoted elsewhere. I will definitely be sticking with this Bridgestone as I am extremely grateful for his wonderful help and honesty. Thank you team!

I left my car there for 3 days for a clutch air removal and hot start problem. they say they are busy, they didn’t touch it but my clutch has a big problem now and they are saying it’s an engine problem  I had no engine problem before I left my car there!  I booked another appointment and drove all the way from coolangatta, and once I arrived there, they said that person who’ll fix my car is on annual leave. They keep saying they are busy.  The worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had in Gold Coast.

Did a Rego inspection in a vehicle that I was about to buy, the mechanics invited me to the workshop and showed me everything that was wrong with the car and how it should be. The car was a mess and I avoided a big headache. Took a second car for an inspection, the car was mint. And they recommended me buying it. Bought it and been servicing with them for the past two years. Not a single problem with the car.  Absolute legends!

Had overheating issues. They said it was this and that, than when the part came 5 buisness days later, call me to say it wasn’t what was wrong with it. Had it for 2 weeks and they still don’t know what’s wrong with it. Fixed some seals and told me to come back, what a waste of time as the car is just getting worse. Very bad at keeping you up to date and take forever, would not recommend!!!

I went to the store to change a light bulb in the car one day they charge me 30 dollars, the other day the same service but on the other side of the car it was 50, they have no standard charge any price, lack of professionalism immensely. I won't return anymore

B4 ordering caravan tyres through Tyresales, looked at their delivery options. Bridgestone Select Bundal was one. Called them to check on room for caravan. Was told yes but not until I confirmed delivery and tyre fitting did they tell me we had to be there very early b4 carpark fills, and would be charged extra due to it being a caravan. More manual labour. We agreed cause Tyresales was the only place we could get the tyres we needed. Bridgestone did not balance tyres, broke off a hub cover screw in the hole, didnt put the spare ones in the spare, instead handing to me to put somewhere after I saw they were bending them. Had no idea of what pressures to use so we had to google it. Just very disappointing 'service'

Paul saved me a lot of money on a 3 for 4 deal and also FL driveshaft. Am happy with the results and service provided.

Super happy with the service!  For the first time in 18 months, I am driving my car without worrying about what is going to go wrong next.  Two previous mechanics did not get to the source of the problem, but the guys at Bridgestone did a great job.  They have my business. Friendly, professional, courteous and thorough.  Thanks guys!
