I was looking for a a couple of monitors for my home office and needed something quickly on a Saturday morning that was close and wouldn't break the bank.  Ordered online and within no time had a confirmation that was ready to pick up.  Arrived at the store where a PC was open to enter an order number.  Within minutes the 4 people in front of me collected their items and I was served.  What really impressed me though was while each person was picking up their goods, the salesperson didn't just hand the goods over, but actually confirmed and assured each person that the item would work as intended.  From memory to cpu to graphics card, the technical knowledge was current and obviously helpful to ensure that when people get home they have the right gear to do what they want.  Looking forward to shopping again.

ALWAYS CHECK WHAT YOU ORDERED AT THE COUNTER! NEVER ACCEPT STORE CREDIT IF THEY OVERCHARGE YOU!!
they overcharged us twice and they said they would give us store credit the amount they overcharged. Then we ordered another product in order to use up the store credit. They claimed they don’t see the credit in their system.. I spent 1.5 hrs there just tried to get my bloody store credit back. It’s not my day!
3 stars instead of 1 star is because their staff is still friendly to explain the whole thing. Even though the system is a bit stupid and mess up the whole thing!

I have been dealing with Umart at various locations since 2010.  They have always provided a great service with an excellent range and great pricing.  Since 2012 I have been mainly dealing through the Gold Coast Store and they are great.  Highly recommended.

Great team , great advice , great price. The customer service is good considering Umart are offering you almost wharehouse pricing and a cash and carry service. You will struggle to find a cheaper price. If people want better customer service expect to pay more and go to a main stream PC store and pay the premium for it. I've been shopping here for years.

Umart have a great product range, competitive pricing, easy online ordering and fast, professional pickup service. Being a software developer I need reliable and fast equipment and Umart has been my goto provider for all my computing needs for many years and I am sure for many more years to come. Keep up the good work!!
