I can’t believe Kmart Westfield Helensvale.nI know it’s not the team members fault as the store probably cut staff hours???nITS DISGRACEFUL, I felt ashamed for the workers.nThe lady section is beyond messy.nThe toy section was terrible. Lots of rubbish on the floor, coat hangers just everywhere on the floor, and piles of trollies with clothes that probably need to be put back on the shelf. This was near the laybye section.nAnd don’t blame Xmas stock because you don’t bring it all out at once. Plus it wasn’t about the stock, it’s about the state of this shop..nhopefully someone high up will read this and get on it ASAP. Slips, trips, accidents for customers are just waiting to happen.nI’m not kidding, I shop here and I know a couple of the workers so I’m not against this store, it’s my home store and I’m embarrassed to go in to it.
The carpark at Kmart Helensvale is absolutely disgusting and filthy. I went to to get something, and I felt I was walking through a refuse tip to get into the store. I'm not sure who is responsible for cleaning the carpark but they are not doing a good or even average job. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.
The Manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves. Everything was everywhere and looked like it hadn't been tidied for weeks. Not one trolley or shopping basket to be found. I went to Oxenford - was a much cleaner and organised store

My partner and I were looking for and adaptor we asked 2 staff members who didn’t know how to do their job properly. They just kept pointing us in the direction on where it would be when they could have looked it up on their devices. So we left and when to target and they where way more helpful learn from target
