As a Home Organiser I am a frequent shopper at Kmart Helensvale. Great stock levels, displays and team are always super lovely and helpful. A shoutout especially to Katie who often works early mornings in the self-checkout section and is always so helpful and friendly.
I purchased by the same credit cards. The staff Wayne she keeps told me I'm using the wrong credit card for refund. But the machine shown APPROVED for refund. And I checked my online banking already shown the refund approved. You're so rude and annoying. I don't care what is the cards number for your system. I said if you can't refund I can accept credit to purchase others. She keeps saying is not ok.....I'm so confused why you said I'm not the same cards? Im not happy on that. Disappointed.
I have had two small issues over the last month , just the wrong coloured lamp , and another issue , BUT , I can say the staff on each time so impressive , they answer the quickly and sort any issue , with enthusiasm , all I can say , is THANK YOU ! GREAT SERVICE
