nKmart Helensvale is always a solid stop for me. The store is bright, organised, and easy to navigate, whether you’re grabbing Christmas decorations, a cookbook, or just doing a quick browse. The Christmas range this year looks great — lots of variety, well-stocked shelves, and everything is clearly priced. The cookbook section is also on point with heaps of options and good budget picks. Staff have always been friendly when I’ve asked for help, and checkout moves quickly even during busy hours. A reliable local store that consistently delivers.

I visited Kmart Helensvale on Sunday and was really impressed with how much better the store looked compared to the pre-Christmas rush—which is completely understandable. The store felt well-presented and easy to shop in.nnAround 10:30am, I asked the girl on door for help locating an item and she wasn’t interested in helping me at all and was quite rude like i was interrupting her, then she directed me to two team members who I later found out were managers. They welcomed me over with big smiles and were incredibly helpful in assisting me with the product I was after.nnTheir customer service was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. While remaining professional, the flirting was definitely noticeable and actually added to the overall experience—it was refreshing and entertaining to see such a good team dynamic.nnIf you’re shopping at Kmart Helensvale, I highly recommend going straight to Caitlin or Sam. Outstanding service all around and support each other. They just have to give the rest of the staff the same attitude.nnOxenford never has stock compared to Helensvale they have always had what i needed everytime i go in therennOverall good experience

I used to shop here all the time but it is now a disgusting dirty shop & I no longer shop there .nEnter at your own risk as you are likely to trip on clothing ,Coat hangers & all sorts of products on the floornThat is if you can even get to where you want to go as the trolleys are just blocking aislesnnUnfortunately I had to go there today to pickup something for someone & while there I decided to try something onnWell that didn’t happen I took one look at the fitting roomsnI don’t think they have been cleaned for years there was gum or some sort of sticky goo on the walls mirrors were filthynSo I walked outnnWake up management & staff & take some pride in the workplacennI went to Oxenford k mart & totally different experiencenPolite staff shelves & racks tidy & fitting rooms clean plus lovely relaxing music playingnnTotal different experiencennIf I could give less than 1 star to Helensvale I would & I intend to call manager & speak to them about my experiencennnnI wish I had taken photos

I’m so disappointed in this store it is a complete pigsty. Every shelf in every section the items are just thrown in, you can’t find anything without sifting through hundreds of goods in the wrong spots. I gave it some slack over Xmas but have been several times since and nothing has changed.nI will be avoiding this store at all costs in the future, Kmart Oxenford is so much more orderly.

Went into Kmart at Helensvale yesterday, wow the store was absolute pigsty! Every section i went into things were piled up on top of each other, thrown where ever people wanted to, nothing was folded neatly eg, towels, face washers, hand towels. Nothing restocked or organised.  My suggestion is retrain your staff, put on some junior casuals to help with the organisation they are willing to work if trained right and are eager to learn. Maybe even retraining for the Manager to help them manage a big store with obviously lack of staff. Something has to be done and someone needs to be held accountable.  Kmart is a historical store, so work together to make it great again.
