Worst service ever today at Betts Kids Helensvale. Brown skinned people aren't worth her time.!! Normally staff and friendly and helpful but tonight 18 Aug the girl was appalling. She totally ignored us from the moment we walked in. Never offered us any help. A white woman walks in with her grandchild, suddenly the staff member see's her and can't do enough for them. We still have not been acknowledged as existing or at least asked if we are ok. We take some boots to the counter to purchase, she (staff) looks at us and carries on talking to other customer. Customer tells her she can serve us and the staff member just waves her hand and tells the lady that we can wait. Again she doesn't talk to us. Well enough is enough and we collect our things and walk out in disgust. I will be sure to tell ALL brown skinned and ethnic people NOT to shop there as your money is dirt!!!
