Margaret was absolutely amazing. So lovely and so friendly which is so rare! She was constantly helping me with styling and colours, and showing me products that suited me without being pushy. I ended up with everything she recommended and none of the stuff I picked. Thank you!!! <3
I found the Rockwear zip up sports bra WITH ASSIST HOOK the most comfy and supportive bra to wear after breast surgery and highly recommend. Also 10 outta 10 to the lovely staff at Helensvale. Not pushy considering I was looking for all options in centre.
I was returning that didn't fit well couldn't try on because I had my bub with me and experienced THE WORST service I have possibly ever had. From blaming me for not trying it on, the eye rolls and snarky remarks about the return onto zip pay. My autistic 10 year old even asked why the lady was so rude to me!!!
I just popped into Rockwear Westfield Helensvale to exchange some items received as Christmas gifts. I was greeted more accurately not greeted by the most unhelpful and unfriendly sales assistant ever. If I did not have to exchange items, I would have left. What an unpleasant experience.

I love Rockwear, always buy. My problem is you need to get 2 sets of bottom and 2 sets of sports tops, and 2 sets of tops. But always worth the buy, as I live in my sports wear.
Awesome workout gear. Ordered some items online and wasn't happy with sizing . The girls in the shop happily exchanged the items. Keep up with good work .
