Lifeline Shop

Extremely rude manager. I’m on vacation and my phone died while out browsing store. I asked the manager of this store if I could please use a plug behind the desk to charge my phone while I browse I need my phone for directions and to pay for things, I also had my own charger. She flat out refused to help and was extremely blunt and rude. You think I’m these times people would act with more compassion towards one another. The generational difference doesn’t matter. This really soured my lovely day and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to support this business.

Love this store! Good to buy lady's clothes and lots of children's clothes. The store is clean and beautiful displays. Friendly staff too!

Bought a purse from there which cost me $5 & it feel apart instantly! The replacement purse I bought @ Target on sale-brand new-cost me the same price!! Never donating &/or shopping there again! Charity shops trying to rip people off is as bad as businesses doing it! There was an article in the newspaper once saying Lifeline wouldn't accept an offer on a damaged item-was this the same shop as it sounds very similar?! Never going in here again!! I was once a Lifeline volunteer & regularly donated as I went through the Lifeline centre in Broadbeachwhich I can't anymore either-I'm ashamed how it is now with high prices & poor items in store!!

I happily recommend that people visit the Lifeline outlet next to the post office opposite Treetops Shopping Centre at Burleigh Waters. The shop offers an always changing and interesting wide range of quality items at prices representing value for money if you enjoy bagging a bargain. The place is staffed by friendly helpful personnel, many of whom are volunteers. Lifeline is a charity that I think is well deserving of support by everyone. Peter - The Bargain Bagger

Best clothing op shop on gold coast. Quality clothes, homewares, books, collectables. Clean, well laid out organised racks, easy to hint thru. Helpful pleasant staff willing to assist.

Rude ladies who wouldn't take donations through back door... considering i was donating a large quantity of glass vases not they'd know because they weren't interested at all! Taking donations elsewhere
