We didn't end up purchasing from Choices but the customer service was outstanding. Extremely friendly and pointed us in the right direction even though they could have attempted us to buy something similar from there. Great experience.

The carpet we ordered was not what we got. We were told that the carpet sample we chose had changed names but an identical carpet was available and were assured by both Choice and the factory that it was the same product. Once the carpet was layed we found it was a much thinner carpet. We pointed this out and Paul agreed so they sent a sample to the factory. The factory said it was within tolerances so Choice said there was nothing they could do. We were told that we shouldn't have picked a cheap carpet even though Paul recommended it when trying to sell it to us. Although the carpet looks great it is so thin that you can feel the lumps in the underlay when walking on it. When vacuuming the edges you can feel the smooth edge catching on the vacuum head. We also had to get the carpet layer back because there were gaps and the smooth edge was poking through. The carpet layer had a halfhearted attempt to remedy them then said it was good enough and left. Buyer beware, compare the sample to the carpet roll before you let them lay it. Holding it up to sunlight is a good test of carpet thickness.
