This company is an absolute joke. It was appointed to me by an insurance company. Everything just took forever: within 2 months noone bothered to come in and measure the space and order the carpets while we were waiting for other jobs to be done. 3 days - that's how long it takes to order the carpets which is in stock, 7-10 days from Melbourne because there is absolutely nothing in the store, 2 weeks for someone to come in and do it, - list goes on. The supervisor Alan who organized it all is unprofessional unqualified and the most useless person. Rude, disorganized, unable to meet any deadlines and unaware what customer service is.  There was zero communication along the whole process.  However the tradies who done the carpets did a great job (probably because they are subcontractors).
