His 5-star customer service is worth mentioning. Despite being busy, he went above and beyond to service my bike and teach me about its mechanics, even when back-to-back with customers.nnI also love taking my dog Maple Syrup on long bike rides, and 99 Bikes Burleigh has been instrumental in making that possible. I initially bought a cruiser and later upgraded to a pedal assist e-bike, which is absolutely incredible.nnOverall, 99 Bikes Burleigh provides exceptional customer service, and Bailey's dedication is commendable. Chris at 99 Bikes Burleigh was fantastic to deal with and went to great trouble to help me get me up and riding while on Holiday in the GC. I came in needing a hefty shopping list of items which he quickly sorted for me and ensured they were compatible with my Giant TCR SL. He then adjusted my new cleats and sent me on my way. It was a fantastic first time experience at 99 Bikes. I will support 99 Bikes by purchasing online specifically because of Chris' service. Thanks mate.
The staff is very accomodating and would really try to tailor your purchases according to what you prefer, needs and especially the budget. I just bought my 1st ever E-Bike today.
