99 Bikes

Have had only good experiences with the team at 99 Bikes. Just had some maintenance done on my bike and super happy with the service, turn around time, and cost. Would definitely recommend 99 Bikes to anyone looking for a new bike or anything from servicing or information regarding anything bicycle related. Thanks heaps to the entire team and especially the lads in the workshop.

I'm very disappointed with the service provided to my bike standard service and front flat tube replacement. They charged me $160+ for less than 30min work on my bike and did a terrible job. My front tube which was flat replaced with a different valve. I had a large one schrader and the new tube is a smaller one presta. This means I now have 2 valve systems between the front and back wheel and need a new bike pump or adapter. This is a small detail but annoying. On top of that they didn't even check if the tyre was in good working order. It was not, there was a large slice on the side which means the tire popped as soon as I took it for a ride after the service... The "frame wipe down" was very poorly executed if done at all see pictures attached a simple wet wipe takes off the remainder black spots. The bike was in great working order and only needed a small fine-tuning of the gear selector, a quick clean up and the front tire replaced. It took 5 days from the moment I dropped the bike at the Burleigh store but the service wasn't even performed properly. I sent an email to the store just after but they didn't bother answering. Won't come back to 99 bike burleigh and will strongly advise against 99 bikes service.

We purchased 2 x bikes, bike covers, bike rack & helmets, Caleb assisted us from beginning to end, and even assembled the bike rack and fitted it to our motor home, he was amazing..and would recommend him to anyone who needs a bike or accessories. We are a few days into our purchases and everything is perfect. Thank you Caleb.

Declan looked after us so well! He was very knowledgeable, patiently adjusted the bike so it was a perfect fit and installed other accessories. He seemed to have time for us and there was no pressure to purchase a more expensive bike. He was so helpful every step of the way and when we left the store we both said to each other that it was the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time! Highly recommend seeing Declan at the Burleigh store!

Sel the bike tech was amazing. I booked my new Ebike in to replace a broken shifter. When I dropped it off Sel showed me the shifter was fine and fixed the problem on the spot free of charge! Legend. I’ll be back for sure.

I was initally noT happy due to having gear change issues after my recent service. I took the bike back to the store. The mechanics sorted it on the spot and got it running as it should. Much appreciated. Thanks
