Had a great experience at 99 Bikes. The staff were friendly and helpful - Caleb in particular was really helpful throughout the whole process and took the time to answer all of our questions and ensure we got the right bikes. It was clear that he cares about his customers and wants to make sure they’re happy with their purchase. Overall, really satisfied with the service and the bike.
The service and support I received from Bonnie during my recent bike purchase was outstanding. Bonnie clearly loves her job and her expert knowledge and guidance helped me choose the perfect bike. I had Chris from the Burleigh shop help me purchase my new e-bike. I had no idea what I was looking for only that I wanted one for my height as I'm tall, and because of my age I wanted something I could get on and off easily. He had the patience to show me many before I made up my mind to choose the one I liked best. I was able to ride a smaller one before I purchased it out in their back area which was also a bonus.nThe sale was very easy, he had to order it in for me and was in touch as soon as it arrived. The boys assembled it the same day and before taking it I was able to ride it again to make sure it was right for me, which it was. Thanks Chris you are great!

The upfront service is great, but the after-sales service is even better.nnA big shoutout to Bailey from the after-sales/service and repairs department. His 5-star customer service is worth mentioning. Despite being busy, he went above and beyond to service my bike and teach me about its mechanics, even when back-to-back with customers.nnI also love taking my dog Maple Syrup on long bike rides, and 99 Bikes Burleigh has been instrumental in making that possible. I initially bought a cruiser and later upgraded to a pedal assist e-bike, which is absolutely incredible.nnOverall, 99 Bikes Burleigh provides exceptional customer service, and Bailey's dedication is commendable.
