I had Chris from the Burleigh shop help me purchase my new e-bike. I had no idea what I was looking for only that I wanted one for my height as I'm tall, and because of my age I wanted something I could get on and off easily. He had the patience to show me many before I made up my mind to choose the one I liked best. I was able to ride a smaller one before I purchased it out in their back area which was also a bonus.nThe sale was very easy, he had to order it in for me and was in touch as soon as it arrived. The boys assembled it the same day and before taking it I was able to ride it again to make sure it was right for me, which it was. Thanks Chris you are great!
Thank you Marcus for the outstanding service! I love the improvements like a back basket/rack and coffee cup holder that were installed yesterday. I also have a much more comfortable seat now and love that my old bike has some new life in it. Great shop and friendly staff that are super helpful, highly recommend!

I had an inner tube changed which I supplied, as they didn’t have stock and didn’t bother to say they could get it it took 20mins and they charged me $40. Initially when I enquired they said $10-15 but the young guy who did it said it’s harder for a small scooter tyre. Not an e scooter either I protested but he was adamant it’s $40. Biggest rip off ever. I will never go back and I hope if you’re reading this you think twice about getting your bike serviced at 99 Bikes Burleigh.nnRE response from owner. No contact from the store owner has been made..... Crickets on this one!!

The upfront service is great, but the after-sales service is even better.nnA big shoutout to Bailey from the after-sales/service and repairs department. His 5-star customer service is worth mentioning. Despite being busy, he went above and beyond to service my bike and teach me about its mechanics, even when back-to-back with customers.nnI also love taking my dog Maple Syrup on long bike rides, and 99 Bikes Burleigh has been instrumental in making that possible. I initially bought a cruiser and later upgraded to a pedal assist e-bike, which is absolutely incredible.nnOverall, 99 Bikes Burleigh provides exceptional customer service, and Bailey's dedication is commendable. I highly recommend them for quality bikes and a great experience.nnTo be clear, all of the team here are absolutely legendary and they all deserve a pat on the back.
