Thought these guys were great as got them to do some things for my dual battery set up. Bought a CTEK battery monitoring system off them also. Day before Christmas 2017 the monitoring system showed that the second battery was down to 10% capacity with a voltage of 12.73. I saw the guys there and clearly stated that it did not make sense given the voltage. The AGM battery in the vehicle was less than 2 months old. The guy put it on some machine and said capacity was at 50%, again it did not make sense given the voltage which by the way was what it registered overnight so it was not a shallow charge reading. On the machine it was tested there was no showing of the reading or explanation. Given the timing I purchased off them a new battery at $350. Within a couple of weeks the battery monitor said much the same and it was then I checked out the reviews on the monitoring system (wish I did that when it first happened) and others had the same. Nothing wrong with the battery months later and people you think in a reputable business you hope for expertise in their supposed field. I should have got the guys to show and explain this testing to which they based the capacity check as again a battery on 12.73 steady voltage after sitting for over 12 hours running a fridge. My researching later clearly suggests it was not at 10% capacity. Going a quick gain in business is not good for long term growth guys. After all of it I went in to see them and was not upset though asked them to get the CTEK representative to contact me. Months passed and nothing, no follow up. The battery has since been transferred to a new vehicle which needed a different red arc charger to suit the variable charging system the new vehicle has. A job totalling over $1000 to install that I simply got another company to do and it would have been given to Battery World. If you seek proper advice other than just replacing a current battery STAY WELL CLEAR. I do not take leaving a bad review lightly as I am also in business. Great service, from the initial phone call, to the in-store experience with Jacob. Super friendly, super helpful and efficient. Great knowledge and I can definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to share the fantastic experience I've had again with Battery World Burleigh - from Daniel taking my call being very efficient in arranging service, to Lucky arriving at my sons car to replace the battery, checking alternator etc - all within 40 minutes! Thanks guys, your customer service, politeness, and efficiency, make you really stand out!!

I am not writing a review per say, but I do wish to shut down MICHAEL BELLINGER'S hateful review directed at a certain staff member who is certainly not bad at his job. Firstly Michael, just because he was sleeping with your daughter for 5 years does not mean you only dealt with one particular guy at the store. Daniel answered the phone and was more than happy to help you with your enquiry. You elected not to accept the service he had to offer and that is why you are to blame for not being served in a timely manner. Secondly, Your personal attack with your 1 star review and defamatory comments is completely out of line and you should be ashamed of yourself. This particular staff member had absolutely no obligation to discount a battery for you or your wife's Audi A4. Discounts are not just at the discretion of the staff member, but approved through management for certain situations such as SALES at other retailers and WARRANTIES. Next time you feel like publicly shaming a store because of personal vendetta, be prepared for me to call you on it. I never had a problem with you, Michael. But I do now. how dare you.

Rung them for a battery for my Audi A4 always deal through a certain person there he could not even return my phone call so I called NRMA and got them to do it very good service and checked alternator , I won't be using battery world again and will not be recommending them to friends
