I tried to hire a ute. Well what a joke.nThe assistant was barely literate and I never got an email to confirm the ute hire.nThe next day I phoned to confirm my booking. The assistant couldn’t find it on the computer. So I cancelled the booking and took my business elsewhere.

The store has been around for a few years now. A large double storey branch with plenty of parking on the lower level. As customers we do need to understand that the Bunnings staff are at different experience levels, with some being able to assist at every level we require and others are on a training path and not yet knowing everything. I always cut the people some slack if they're not able to render the type of service I expect.
Great range of products and great friendly service, I've been to a few bunnings on the GC but this one is has the best service and everything your looking for. Look out for Trent in the trade area as he is always willing to help load up the ute and always so friendly whilst making the pick up process quick and easy.
