I was really excited to start a DIY project after watching a fantastic video on the Bunnings website about restoring wicker chairs, which listed all the necessary supplies. Understanding the security measures, I went to Bunnings to pick up the items, including some spray paint which was locked up, a measure I totally support for safety. However, my experience quickly turned sour due to the service I received. Despite picking a quieter time to ask for help at the paint counter, the staff member I encountered was incredibly rude. I was so taken aback by his demeanour that I had to walk away without the spray cans. It's disappointing when someone's attitude completely ruins what should have been a simple errand. If he dislikes his job so much, perhaps he should consider a career change. Life's too short to spread negativity, especially in customer service.
The whole place stinks of dogs. They don't control the dogs, people are even walking them around, I've seen deposits in aisles and wet marks on boxes.........it's getting disgusting and out of control. Oh not to mention the young rude females that work there, standing around gossiping and service to customers is rude.
