Click and wait….. and wait. Used the Click and Collect option at 10am so my wife could pick up an item on her way back from shopping…… what a mistake…. Didn’t get the “okay to collect” until the next day!!
The guys will walk straight up to you and ask you if you need help, you can expect that from them. I find the blokes to be relatable and down to earth and have completely replaced Trade Tools for Total Tools.
They're not warranty agents for most their products so won't warranty anything older than a week.nBit if a joke actually.....nGo somewhere else plenty of tools stores close by
