I highly recommend Carpet Call. My experience from in store to completion was excellent.  The Manager assisted me in choosing between vinyl and laminate, and additionally in selecting carpet. He then visited my apartment with the selected samples and did very accurate measurements, explaining the possible levelling with concrete for preparation.

The tradesman were very professional and highly experienced in flooring.  The end result is perfect, my kitchen, dining, living areas, and hallway are laminated, and my two bedrooms are carpeted.

Went there on Saturday morning to browse some timber floorings, the gentleman there has been helpful, he even write down the email address of a contact we need without us asking.

I am actually shocked that this store remains open. I have never been so insulted and disrespected by a store in my life. The manager assumed because I am a woman I obviously had no idea about flooring and insinuated I should come back with my boyfriend to 'figure' it out. 
Do yourself a favour and walk 2 stores down, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Went to get a carpet quote last week, sales person was sitting eating his lunch did not even bother to get up. Asked me if i wanted a quote or wanted to buy carpet as they don't do quotes. I then asked for pricing when he pointed and said 'you want pricing, look over there on the labels'. He then told me a quote 'is as good as paddling a canoe down a river'. Rudest most disgusting person I have ever met and dealt with, infuriated me to the point I told him he was a rude *********** as I was so angry. Walked back 3 doors down to the lovely lady at the first shop and will be giving them our business. I have no idea how this shop is still open and will be reporting further to head office.
