I moved to the area not long ago. I am constantly mortified every time I go in there. They lock your prescriptions in lock boxes which is very off putting. When you have a script filled, they have ALL your information but a credit rating. The customer service is appalling. Yesterday I went in with a full trolley as it was an after thought I needed ant acid. I went to the prescription counter, asked where I would find them. I was pointed in the direction. Before i could walk the 20 feet to pay for them , the woman I consulted with, literally ran to the front counter and I heard her say something to the effect about what I had ( I assume in case I walked out with a $4.00 product) I am offended by the assumption I am a thief when I enter that store. You are usually treated with contempt in this store, not a paying customer. I will avoid spending any money in the future at this store and I am happy to go out of my way to find another pharmacy.

Would give more stars if i could.
Rudest staff (prescription area only)of any chemist warehouse location ever,arrogant and  obnoxious-mini hitlers on a power trip.
On the other side of the coin the front staff are easy to deal with.
Very cheap fragrances- thats why it got a star.

Went in here today looking for aspro clear to use as a blood thinner before my flight. When I asked the person behind the counter, she insisted on wanting to know why I wanted it. When I told her, she said that it doesn't have any thinning agents and laughed in my face! Furthermore she refused to sell me any aspirin. She also went on to get confirmation from the pharmacist about aspirin and blood thinning, at which time they also laughed at me. Not only are all the staff unprofessional and rude, but uneducated and underestimate the power of poor customer service. Never coming back again!!

The staff here are so impatient. They don't care about customers much maybe because they are always busy. I asked them few things and had very "short" answers. I go to the one on Christine corner instead.
