I had a very frustrating experience at this Chemist Warehouse while trying to purchase specific shampoo. Since it was kept in the prescription section, I couldn’t access it directly, so I waited nearby. A staff member acknowledged me, but no clear instructions were given on where to queue. The layout was confusing, with multiple windows and vague signage about prescription lines.nnWhen the staff started calling customers, I was completely overlooked, and even other customers seemed confused about where to go. I was left standing there, frustrated and unsure how to proceed. It felt like there was no proper system in place for handling non-prescription items stored behind the counter.nnA simple fix, like clearer signage or better communication from staff, could prevent this from happening to others. It would also help if non-prescription items in that section were clearly labeled so customers know how to request them. Even better, a priority number system could make the process more organized and fair, so customers don’t get overlooked.nnI hope the store improves its customer service and organization to make shopping easier for everyone.
Very disappointed from the service from an extremely rude assistant named Lauren..nShe asked me rudely to stand at the back of the line but clearly didn’t realise I was already standing there prior to the line..nShe was also rude to an elderly man before me..nShe’s clearly not suitable for customer service,we won’t come back again!

Went into the store today, yes it is leading up to Christmas and the store was busy but there is no excuse for rudeness dealt with two staff members both of them were like they wish they were somewhere else little bit of training in customer service wouldn't hurt
Terrible experience with Dee who thought she could take my power when asking for irrelevant details for a ventolin puffer purchase. I walked out in the end rather than allow her to dominate me. This woman needs to be trained in kindness rather than her demeaning and demanding tone. I’m a 49 year old woman who knows my right to simply obtain ventolin for childhood asthma caused from a vaccine. I have the right to purchase this product anytime as a back up in case of asthma attack. She questioned me in an over the top manner asking for personal medical information. Then wouldn’t give me the product without an Australian address. I live overseas which I told her. I got the product easily at the next chemist with providing basic details & answering the normal questions.
