Terrible experience with Dee who thought she could take my power when asking for irrelevant details for a ventolin puffer purchase. I walked out in the end rather than allow her to dominate me. This woman needs to be trained in kindness rather than her demeaning and demanding tone. I’m a 49 year old woman who knows my right to simply obtain ventolin for childhood asthma caused from a vaccine. I have the right to purchase this product anytime as a back up in case of asthma attack. She questioned me in an over the top manner asking for personal medical information. Then wouldn’t give  me the product without an Australian address. I live overseas which I told her. I got the product easily at the next chemist with providing basic details & answering the normal questions.

Went into the store today, yes it is leading up to Christmas and the store was busy but there is no excuse for rudeness  dealt with two  staff members both of them were  like they wish they were somewhere else little bit of training in customer service wouldn't  hurt

One of the pharmacists is on a real power trip at this store.Get your gp to put zero day repeat interval on your scripts to combat the runaway ego in this store.

The new 2 for 1 prescription regime states that you will pay less for prescriptions but not necessarily half price if the script costs less than $30 but you will save something.I had a candesartan blood pressure medication dispensed by this pharmacist in November 2023 cost for 30 tablets $9.99. In December I presented a new script with the 2 for 1 stipulated by my gp. The cost was $19.98 which in effect is $9.99 for 30 tablets. So effectively no saving whatsoever.
