We've recently bought a jacket online from them. Their service was excellent, online staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative thing of the transaction was the delivery ( not their fault anyway) done by Star Track. We paid extra for overnight delivery, but it took two days. And the package was left at our front door even if the courier was supposed to ask for receiver's ID and signature.

I just wanted to say thanks to the service & support team at Wild Earth. The product I received was faulty, and did not work properly. I was given a refund and my issues were dealt with very quickly and in a professional manner. I was very happy with the service and will not hesitate to deal with them again.

Our number one place to go for all adventure gear! They have a variety of gear for campers, hikers, kayakers and just outdoors men (and women). However, it is the staff that really make this place stand out. They are knowledgeable and always willing to help out in anyway. They always go above and beyond when we visit. We will come here again and again!

The showroom floor at wild earth is always full of quality gear. They have a really extensive range of brands and usually keep a good range of budget equipment and premium gear. Their online shop is really well done and you're pretty sure to find a good sale regularly. Plenty of parking on the street and getting in and out of the location is straight forward. Pretty big shop with climbing gear, camping equipment, clothing, tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mats.

Very knowledgeable staff and great range of products. They stock plenty of brands that you might struggle to find in other camping and adventure stores. I recently ordered online and was pleased to have my correct product arrive within 2 days with a free gift.
