I am a new customer to Wild Earth, and I couldn't be happier. Their online prices were competitive and their shipping relatively fast. My products were delivered with some damage, and when I called to find out what could be done - Stacey answered my call quickly, apologised, and provided clear and simple instructions on how to resolve the problem. Within 12 hours, Stacey resolved my issue and issued a replacement product. I would definitely shop with Wild Earth again and recommend them to others. Thanks again Stacey for your great service!

Called this morning to purchase 2 x pairs of Oofos thongs. Wanted to price match The Running Shop in Burleigh. I was told i need to send a link with price, then prove they had them in stock, then work out delivery fee and to let Wild Earth know then they would see if they could price match. Why make me do that , to then go and check it yourself anyway.nAs a business i 100% want to be given the chance to price match. I wouldn't put it back on the customer to do the work, when it would of taken 2min to check those details myself online to then secure the sale. It just seemed all too hard really.nSmooth transaction with The running shop this morning though.

Beware if you are relying on fast delivery of goods - they sell goods online that are not in stock. Was told firstly that their systems 'don't talk to one another'. Then, people 'steal stuff'. Although they are refunding my money and the express delivery fee it is days later that I find out that a tent I am relying on is not in stock. When I rang up and having to listen to their 'we are off the grid' voice mail message when I called during business hours their business system problem became my problem as I have 1 day to source a new tent. The customer is NOT the focus - getting $$$ in the door clearly is.
