Always been a fan of Forever New stores. This one is an outlet so you can rummage around the various racks & probably find a bargain which you might have had your eye on, but couldn't afford in the other stores. The quality & shades of fabrics are a delight & the thrill of getting quality without the high price tag is worth the rummage
Visited the store today and was so grateful for the happy and very helpful staff...especially Alexis. She didn't judge me because what I was wearing and no make-up, and gave lots of great advice as I was shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding...she even was helping my boyfriend..who was helping me. We'd just visited a different clothing store...and the girl who served us didn't seem happy or focused on us...so the friendly and genuine smile and attitude made a huge difference!! Thanks again Alexis!!
The customer service is amazing at this store. I was in there a few weeks ago and found them great & I just phoned to enquire about an item and the lady was so lovely and took the time to look on their racks for a particular item was faulty so not just listed on normal inventory and was super apologetic when they didn’t have it anymore.
Had a wonderful experience today at Forever New Harbour Town, I generally avoid Forever New stores due to their rude, clearly unhappy staff, but I thought I’d duck into the outlet quickly and not only was I greeted promptly but the absence of rude snobby staff that always make me feel uncomfortable was a genuine shock! Then when I asked them to check other stores for a different size they were incredibly helpful. The staff were just delightful and so happy to help!
One of my favourite stores. Can find sometimes it may be a little too pricey especially if it is for something you may only wear a couple times. Beautifully made clothes however and good quality on about 90% of their products on offer. Like to go through their bargain racks as you may find that piece you have been eyeing off for some time just couldn't quite afford it when you spotted it. Great place to have a wander through and admire their new pieces, pick yourself up a bargain or invest in some good quality clothing.
experienced terrible service from Georgia today, I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at the counter to ask if the skirt I wished to buy red stickered at $49.95 but located in a $40 and under bay was $40 or $49.95, as a store manager myself with years of retail experience I checked to see if it was a 1 off in that bay or if the whole line/colour was there too. In this case there were more than 10 units of the exact skirt in that bay. Georgia told me that it was selected styles, I then advised that they should move the skirts from the $40 bay of that was the case. She said it was selected styles again and that upper management had advised her to say that obviously this has happened before. She also rolled her eyes and raised her eyebrows at me and said "ok have a nice day" with a sarcastic attitude. I left the store & still upset with the way I was treated returned to find out her name. I then explained that I wanted her name as she was extremely rude to me, the response I got from Georgia was "you were the one being rude to me" in which I stated that I was only asking a question and explained that it was her who was rude to me. Again raising her brows and rolling her eyes at me I told her she was doing it again, & further stated how rude she was. As a Store manager in retail myself I would never hire this girl, her attitude and service is absolutely terrible. I have no idea how she holds a job in consumer products & service. I will not be returning to this store & I will not be recommending it either. It is quite a shame as I was always served by a lovely blonde lady who has recently left to go overseas. Such a disappointing experience today.
Good price big variety very friendly and helpful staff worth a look pick up a bargain
Before going into any discount store, make sure you know what it's worth. Sometimes it's the same price which means it's not a bargain
Friendly staff and beautiful new clothing. Very good for wedding guest dresses and accessories.
