Magnificent Service and Unbelievably Friendly and Helpful Staff. 

I had a problem with a TV I purchased some time ago and approached the Store Manager, Robert Gray, with my problem. He was insanely helpful. David and his staff gave me service over-and-beyond anything I could have hoped for. I strongly urge everyone to shop at Big W, Runaway Bay because this level of service deserves to be experienced by all shoppers.

Awful service. Waited over 30mins for someone to tell us that they couldn't blow up a birthday balloon for my 4 year olds birthday tomorrow. Very disappointing

Great store everything is easy to find  fab layout, terrific stock (except for female clothing) very  affordable something for everyone.  Love there party and dressup corner.
