Got the kids a hot wheels car.. sign says $1 and under.. was actually $10 an under, other items were covering the rest of the sign which wasn't even displayed properly. Anyway ..see receipt..see I've been charged 4 bucks not 2.. go to lady, she sends me off to customer service, tells me I'm wrong. We walk over to the cars , I see the sign actually says 10 not 1 after we move a car out the way.. won't honour it... message target online.. also won't help.. pathetic!! Maybe I should go do a huge shop then forget my wallet and walk out nnAlso the rides out the front of the store rip you off too. Buyer bewarennnotice you don't write back to any negative reviews but praise the good ones... worst target experience ever. And it seems by your other reviews I'm not the only one who thinks your staff are incompetent
Very friendly greeter on entry but dressing rooms need cleaning. No seat to put bag and clothes on while changing and my white trousers came off second best when they fell on the floor!
I live at Upper Coomera but would prefer to travel to Helensvale Target to collect pre purchased items and made our purchase here. One of the reasons is because the customer services they provided here are always excellent 10/10 100% better than Target COOMERA. Pick up my item at the customer service counter at 10.36am @ 30/5/24 . The staff who was inside the customer service immediately awared that I was waiting outside came out with a beautiful smile. After she handed me my pre purchased item, she asked if I would like to made my payment here for other items without me asking first. The staff at the front main door is friendly too. I have collected item here before during the weekend/peak hours and I recalled it was a good customer service too. All the staff we have encountered here in the past are always friendly and seems to love their job. Stocks are plenty here and store is always neat and clean. Thank you for your amazing customer services.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from red faced man with ears in different post codes. Was horrible stared at when entering the store for no reason. Felt like I was made like a criminal when they put their hands in my daughter’s bag. Horrible store and won’t be going back.
It’s Target, what more is there to say? Great range. Cheap prices. Durable clothes. See the pics for more.
