Great thanks to the superstar lady who helped me choose the outfits until the shop closed yesterday 08/11. She was helpful, friendly, patiently and knowledgeable.
Huge selection and variety of stores, however I felt the savings and bargains weren't as good as other DFOs I've been to, most things are just regular retail price, felt like a glorified shopping centre but a good place to go check out anyway

Great staff and great Service! To the manager: Tegan pretty much chose my entire outfit for my citizenship ceremony, and I was very happy with it! Other people commented on how great that outfit suited me, would definitely recommend her for a promotion! A very happy customer/ 5 star customer service!

A massive DFO, but each store's door opens to an outdoor area a street kinda shopping Lots of cafe restaurants and public toilets available.
All the staff are amazing. Lotte has been my fashion guru the last few times I've been in store. She is so helpful and friendly, and makes shopping a lot less of a chore!! Thanks!
The blonde lady who works at this store is amazing! My partner and I walked in not really knowing what we were after, she put together a full outfit head to toe that we couldn’t say no too, her energy and attitude towards us was incredible. easily the best customer service I have ever experienced, 10/10!
I have always found the staff friendly, I have bought pretty much all my pants from YD for over a decade now. Whether buying jeans or chino's, their pants really do stand up to some punishment. The worst thing I've experienced was a botton comming off but they come with extra buttons so you just remember to keep the spares and IF a button comes off, you're good to go with a new one.
