had this absolute weapon of a bloke who goes by the name of Sam keep some stock behind for me and delivered on his promise. May God bless him and his family for generations to come! if you see this man, tell him he's an absolute legend. he's around 7 foot and probably drives a lambo if you don't manage to catch him at work doing what he does best!
This review is about the Kmart Anko Non-stick grill plate. This product is an outstanding, practical, portable griller. Heats up quickly and evenly - for $45.00 you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend. Cooks up BBQ meat without a problem. Easy to clean and store. Highly, recommend.nnSouthport Kmart staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked for service to find griller.
Pretty shocking, very low quality store.nStaff mindlessly walking around having a chat ignoring customers.nPeople at the entrance aggressively demanding receipts, even though it's not necessary.nJust generally a tacky store. Even the registers had a single person doing all the work while relying on customers to figure out how to scan and pay with no clear signage.nKmart is the epitome of capitalism, lowest quality products, at the highest cost you can get customers to pay.
Even when I requested a register with a human because of multiple bulky items, and with an injury, they said no - I must use self checkout. Of course I had to call and wait for assistance multiple times, and I held up the machine for quite a while. Also, Kmart's increasing exclusive use of their own brand, now across all departments, means I've seen an overall lowering of quality and choice.
I live next to the Australia Fair Shopping Mail and have on-line ordered the non-stick grill plate to be collected at the Kmart store inside the shopping mall.nnWhen I arrived at the click and collect the employee was disrespectful and left me waiting to answer another customer's questions outside the queue instead of carrying out her customer service duties. After waiting for long minutes and having the purchased product in hand for collection, I was informed that I could not collect the product because the order was not ready yet. I asked to speak to the store manager to organise my collection and was treated with arrogance and disrespect. The manager refused to scan the barcode on my order and when I asked for help canceling the online order, he did not know the procedure for canceling an order and tried to find the easiest way to try to get rid of the problem, which was to give me the phone number of the call center that does not work after 6 pm.nnIn conclusion, I would like to file a complaint against the click and collect employee and the store manager who was on duty on 10/10/2024 at 6:45pm. I have extensive experience with customer service/experience and I was extremely disappointed with the service this store gave me as a customer.
