Lot's of variety of kids clothes, pyjamas and toy's, very busy store even on a Sunday afternoon. Could have used some more staff and self service checkout was not great, constantly needing staff assistance. Plenty of the new lego speed champions are available, and Lot's of winter clothing

I train Pharmacy .nnI popped into Kmart at Oz Fair  as a customer this morning, and would like to give a shoutout to your fabulous team I encountered .  The second so stepped in to your store your  fabulous greeter at the front door Karlene was super helpful in guiding me to the Easter peter rabbit kids Pjs . She also asked if I had located them when she saw me in the distance and said I should look at the Easter displays as they are fabulous. Plus there were more pjs as part of the display. .nnI then popped to homewear and encountered Two more  incredible ladies Krystal and Autumn on the store floor who were busy in the homeward section marking down stock and sorting the area    — you truly made my day. They also approached customers near them giving them advice.nnThank you!nnAs a retail trainer, I work with teams across multiple sectors, and it is rare to see the level of attitude, ownership, and genuine customer focus these three ladies consistently demonstrated. They don’t just serve customers — they elevate the entire in-store experience. It was a breath of fresh air.nnTheir professionalism, initiative, and natural leadership qualities set them apart as true future leaders and managers in retail. I was bowled over by the helpful staff at Kmart Aussie Fair today.  Thanks particularly to Macoya, who was very busy but dropped everything to hunt for an item I needed.  She left no stone unturned and did it with a lovely smile.  I appreciate you, Macoya!  Also at checkout, Maddi and Brett…these two are always on their A-game and make a busy check out line feel friendly and on well oiled wheels.  Kudos to your staff Kmart!  I hope these kind people get just praise.

Very Rude customer service girl when I was returning items with my wife on 25/05/2026 8 pm. She was s behaving so badly and she got upset that we didn't know how to get the EFTPOS number from our phones and started to be so rude. We couldn't understand what was happening because it is very simple issue and we thought may be it was long day for her and we kept be nice to the point we said thank you and she did reply back.

If you've been to smart in NZ you'll understand why I say this.... there is sick, it is generally in the correct place,  clothing are all on the tracks and the choices are awesome! A well stocked and well kept Kmart.  Also, fab specials when we went... my kids were spoilt for choice and limited by suitcase space only.
