It was nice of the staff who helped me find the shavers. The other staff on the payment section also would like to help customers with their problems.
Made an order for click and collect yesterday due to time constrain, only went home to realise one item was the wrong size and one is missing. Tried to ring Kmart this morning to ask if the correct items can be put a side in advance as it takes half an hour for the drive to the store and I am very short on time. No one answered the phone at Kmart Southport. No one. Tried multiple times. Then why bother to have a phone number listed online then
I had the most amazing experience recently, thanks to a lovely staff member named Asher. She went above and beyond to help me during my visit. Not only was she incredibly sweet and kind, but she also took the time to assist me in finding everything I needed. As someone who uses a cane and struggles with mobility, her extra care and patience in helping me walk around meant so much to me.nnIt’s clear that Asher puts a lot of effort into her work and truly cares about the people she helps. She made what could have been a difficult trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Asher, for your kindness and outstanding service!

Pretty shocking, very low quality store.nStaff mindlessly walking around having a chat ignoring customers.nPeople at the entrance aggressively demanding receipts, even though it's not necessary.nJust generally a tacky store. Even the registers had a single person doing all the work while relying on customers to figure out how to scan and pay with no clear signage.nKmart is the epitome of capitalism, lowest quality products, at the highest cost you can get customers to pay.
