Lot's of variety of kids clothes, pyjamas and toy's, very busy store even on a Sunday afternoon. Could have used some more staff and self service checkout was not great, constantly needing staff assistance. Plenty of the new lego speed champions are available, and Lot's of winter clothing

Hi,nI would like to request Kmart management to consider adding a noise alert to the cameras at self-service pay stations. Today afternoon, I was trying to pay for some Halloween clearance items priced at $0.10 each. Thank you for the great clearance sale!nTo explain the situation: I placed some items on the trolley rack and held some in my hand. Your system automatically scanned some items because their tags appeared to be in my hand. Once an item was scanned, I placed it on the trolley rack. When I tried to scan another item, the system requested staff assistance.nWhen your staff member came, she checked the items and asked if they had already been scanned. Before I could explain, she looked at the camera. She only saw that I was placing items on the rack and didn’t know why I did it. Luckily, these items were only $0.10, so there was no concern about theft, but from her perspective, it may have looked unusual.nThis incident highlights the importance of adding a noise alert to the camera recordings, especially during busy periods. The alert would help staff understand the situation more clearly, even when customers are in a rush. Noise in the recording could also serve as proof of a customer’s innocence in case of any misunderstanding.nThank you for considering this suggestion.

I was buying clothes and by mistake took a pair of pants of the wrong size. When I came the next day to exchange them, they refused me because I didn't have a receipt, even though I paid by card. So be it, I just left the pants on the floor because I didn't need the wrong size, and I also lost my respect for this store.
