Kmart

I can't give a high star review because I have had so many issues with Kmart. It only works out if I can go in and out with what I want fast and nothing you purchased is damaged when you open it. Purchasing online has always made me regret it. I have had things delivered to the wrong place, damaged and now I did a click and collect as for what I wanted it was my only option but it gives no option to pick a date & time when you make your order which makes no sense. I got an email with a link that didn't work properly so I called up and was told to come in so I did. The man at the front said to go to customer service but customer service kept telling me to go to marine parade but Australia fair is on marine parade. I have tried calling up a number of times with the phone just ringing for ages and no answer. The email I get from Kmart says no reply so I don't even know if anyone will read my response. It looks like I now have to go home with no product but you get to keep my money. I could just go to any Kmart now and purchase what I want. I can see the email says the order will be cancelled if not collected in 7 days but there is no mention of a refund after 7 days otherwise I would of just purchased what I wanted. Just an update for everyone. Still no word from anyone about my purchase.

Kristie is amazing. Impeccable customer service. She deserves a promotion. She went above and beyond when she packed about $300 of delicate items.

Good prices and great entertainment. Was looking through the homewares section when a street performer started breakdancing in front of me. Honestly he looked like one of the homeless people that lounge on the streets outside of Aus Fair but either way he got a clap from me!

The shop is a constant mess and impossible to find sizes even in their "basics" range. Very disappointing.

Tried calling Multiple times within every department for a enquiry and haven't had any staff answer a simple phone amazing how this store makes money

the bloke named dylan with the pretty blue eyes and light brown hair who works there gave me amazing service and really made sure to ask me for my flybuys as i always forget to collect the points. he is very approachable and will always look for stock no matter if he is busy or not. he must be protected at all costs

I am in a bad mood. I returned the clothes and it never gave me a refund. Tried it for a week and found that the zipper is easy to get stuck on the clothes, I went to kmart for a refund, they tried it and said the zipper was ok and wouldn't let me refund. If I think this dress is fine, why should I return it? i want to complain

I have never come across a more rude group of people, then the staff members at this Kmart store! They have zero respect for anyone! The entitled, conceited and arrogant attitudes they eminate is appalling to say the least! Disgusting experience.

Store manager needs reporting to headquarters, so arrogant and rude towards customers. Christmas items was being marked down by another manger and I was served by Stuart store manager and refused to give the items that was marked down at that price. Mmm might find another Kmart for my store.

when i was taken off my parents at age 3, i was driven up the coast from nsw and to calm me down my temporary foster parents brought me here and let me pick anything id like. i got the full set of disney princesses, so yes that was a win
