TK Maxx Southport is easily the best TK Maxx on the coast. It’s a true one-stop shop where you can find just about everything for the home and for yourself all under one roof. From homewares and kitchen items to fashion, beauty products, bedding, luggage, and unexpected bargains, there’s always something new to discover every time you visit. The store is also much bigger than other locations, which makes shopping there feel less cramped and gives you a much better range to choose from.nnOne of the standout things about this store is the staff. Everyone is always friendly, approachable, and happy to help if you’re looking for something specific. The customer service feels genuine, which makes a big difference when you’re spending time browsing. Even during busy periods, the team stays patient and welcoming, creating a relaxed shopping experience.nnParking is also incredibly easy, which takes away a lot of the stress that can come with shopping centres. Another huge positive is how smoothly they handle returns. The staff process returns with a smile and never make you feel uncomfortable or guilty for bringing something back. That level of customer care keeps people coming back. Overall, TK Maxx Southport is hands down the biggest and best TK Maxx on the coast, and it’s always worth a visit.

I popped in on Saturday afternoon after a long shift at work to purchase some baby clothes for my nephew but could not  help but notice one of the male staff member was constantly watching me and following/lingering around where I was standing. Nothing subtle about what he was doing. Hovering around like a grey cloud.nConstantly being watched and profiled for just trying to shop like everyone else is very disgusting !nJust because someone looks tired or is a person of colour does not mean they want to steal from your store. Th overly obvious profiling and hovering behaviour from the male staff member left a horrible taste in my mouth. Ruined my whole afternoon! Train your staff to not profile customers !

You’ll never know what you’ll find at TK Maxx here in Southport Gold Coast Queensland.nnThe first thing to look for are T-shirts, belts, socks, underwear. It’s fascinating to see which luxury brands have now been discounted so very heavily.nnA quick trip to the Home wears section Will always result in more than one purchase. I am very fond of the picture frame selections and have a 100% strike rate each time I visit. And it’s beautiful.nnDuring winter it’s relaxed however, during summer in the lead up to Christmas, it can get frantic And there’s a palpable sense of desperation in the air – but this is for all supermarkets not just TK Maxx.nnEnjoy TK Max Southport Ferry Road Gold Coast Queensland ….you never know what you will find, and that’s the beauty of visiting.

I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment regarding the conduct of the security team at your Southport store. As a loyal customer, I was subjected to an unsettling experience where security personnel, including a senior member in a suit, repeatedly monitored my movements and the contents of my trolley. This treatment is unacceptable and has left me deeply concerned. I believe that additional training may be beneficial for your security personnel to ensure appropriate customer interaction. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
