Clean and tidy,fully stocked shelves, and had a lovely lady named Shannan serve me , Very knowledgeable. She even helped me with an item that I had chosen and gave me a few suggestions as to how I could use it more efficiently. Kind and friendly staff.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding egg availability at your store. I’ve noticed that eggs are often out of stock by around 12 PM, and staff have confirmed this happens regularly. As someone who is unable to shop in the morning, this makes it quite difficult to get such an essential item.nnI’d like to suggest that, instead of stocking all the eggs in the morning, you consider placing half of the stock out in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. This would help ensure that more customers — including those who shop later in the day — have access to eggs.nnIf this continues to be an issue, I may have to consider shopping elsewhere for my groceries, which I would prefer not to do as I enjoy shopping at ALDI otherwise.nnThank you for your time and consideration.
Been shopping at this store for many years and never had a problem. However yesterday done my fortnightly shop. Bought a big bag of potatoes,woke up this morning to a bad stink in my pantry. The whole bottom of bag was leaking stink of rotten potatoes. Straight in the bin they went the smell was so bad.
Aldi posted information on Google Maps stating that it would be open on Saturday, March 8. However, when I arrived at the store, it was closed, and I ended up making a wasted trip. I braved the strong wind and rain in the middle of a Cyclone just to buy some simple groceries, but I failed.nnWhen I got to the store, I saw many other customers who had also made the trip based on incorrect information and were left disappointed. I urge Aldi to provide accurate information during such emergency situations to prevent further confusion for customers.
Fantastic ALDI as it has a large outlay and self serve checkouts for small purchases. Mostly at ALDI, I only buy a couple of items and get stuck behind others with big purchases, self serve checkouts are good for this company.
