Absolutely disappointed with the staff member Shannon in ALDI molendinar store. I had some trouble in opening my Comwealth netbank for the payment due to the technical issues, i have to put a pause to my check in. You would think the staff will understand the issues after showing them the screen and the embarassment you have at the counter because you couldnt proceed to pay. This staff was so loud and the whole store could hear that i couldnt pay. With not much help i have to leave the store until i sort out my issue. I managed to get my issues corrected and went back in half an hour. But you would think the staff should show some basic customer service, instead Shannon beleived that she owned the ALDI stores in Australia, hence she did a big favour in giving me groceries which i will pay to keep her job!!!!
Fantastic ALDI as it has a large outlay and self serve checkouts for small purchases. Mostly at ALDI, I only buy a couple of items and get stuck behind others with big purchases, self serve checkouts are good for this company.
Bought 3 items total value 11.77 went thru self serve no facility to pay cash scanned items tape and go got charge extra 0.05 cents bit rude don't get 10 % off for doing it on self sever
Staff was very helpful and respectful, great service, happy and friendly, only let down is that ALDI don't update their website quick enough and that you can't call that actual shop. Other than that Great service and products thumbs up
A great aldi, its never too busy. Shaded parking too.Pics taken approximately 1230pm on a Saturday.
