I was referred by a friend to GCCEM and I was very impressed with the service and value for money I received.  The receptionist Sophie kept me well informed  and phoned me about the progress of the service.  My mechanic discovered my brakes needed replacing and Sophie called me immediately to advise. I was happy to go ahead with the replacement brakes as I was informed of the top quality parts and oils they use, specific to my vehicle and am about to go on a road trip with a caravan. Not only did I receive a top service, i now have roadside assistance!!

Gold Coast Car Electrics and Mechanical do excellent work and provide highly professional service. They obviously care about customer satisfaction as I was continuously kept informed of the progress of the work being carried out on my campervan and was talked through all the options available. They were careful to keep costs to a minimum while still pursuing the best possible outcome. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Shannon, Adam and the staff for helping with my campervan.
