I went to Bunnings in Molendinar this morning in search of a particular plant and other items. I approached a team member not knowing what her position was. Normally I'm told I'll call someone for you. WoW what a delightful service. She found the plant I was looking for and answered all my questions with a smile. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOU. Thank you so much TALA for such an excellent service.
I had to pick up my mother’s birthday gift today and so needed to go out in the heavy rain. A wonderful young lady who was assigned to the register assisted me by holding an umbrella over me while I got to my car and unloaded everything. then took the trolley back for me.nnI was so grateful, I have difficulty walking and it would have been awkward and terribly wet for me without her. I had said that I didn’t want her to risk being wet all day as she had her whole shift ahead of her and she insisted it was no trouble at all and she wanted to.nnWhat a wonderful ambassador for the Bunnings brand.
I ordered a bulk 5L cleaning product only to be sent 4x 1L substitutes. That’s not the frustrating part, I understand it may be product availability. I’m frustrated that may query to customer support just goes ignored. Why bother with OnePass when you can’t trust delivery from Bunnings.
Have you ever seen that reel describing Bunnings staff. They either know everything or nothing, you can never find anyone to help. They are always too busy doing nothing to show you where something is. The other day I got told they are somewhere along the back wall down to the left. I was standing at the entrance at the time.
