I absolutely love this store!! I knew as soon as I tried on a few of their dresses I had to have one for my formal this year. After choosing my dress that was on pre-order they were amazing at keeping me updated on the progress of it. The fittings were really easy and the alterations made the dress look that much better on the day. The ladies are all so nice and helpful. The material of the dresses is thick and so flattering and you can feel the quality from the moment that you put on the dress. I wish that I could do formal all over again just so I could wear another one of their dresses! You certainly will get so many amazing compliments no matter what dress you choose. I cannot recommend this brand more.

Entered store this morning with my mother and bridesmaid as I had fallen in love with a dress for my bridesmaid, I had seen previously. We were “Greeted” with no eye contact or acknowledgment from staff instead we were stared at. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and thus leaving the store without my dream dress. Disgusting service or their lack of.

Studio Minc gives complete 5 star customer service to each and every one of their customers and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. I have since purchased 4 incredible gowns from Studio Minc and each unique gown is of extremely high quality. Thank you to Madeleine, Michelle and Annabelle for your friendly and helpful service each time I walk in. Best formal gowns in the business!
