We had refunded our go cards here, the shopkeeper Averill was extremely helpful and nice, we had a negative balance on our cards, and it was required to top up $5 (the minimum) first before getting it refunded, and the $5 together with the deposit was refunded back, all completed within moments, thanks to this shop's help. Excellent attitude .

Great store!! Wide range of pop vinyls, beanie boos and my partners favourite Disney Ittys bittys. 

They specially ordered the pop vinyls I was after. Great service. Defiantly will be going back.

Worst experience ever!!!!  Wouldn't refund my go card without me paying them $5. Were very aggressive when I took a photo in their store for my daughter. Told me to delete it as I was ruining someone livelihood. I would give them negative stars if it was possible!!!!!

There was a guy treated me so rude when I asked him to do the refund of those go cards. Just because I didn't give him two cards together to do so, he then said like if you can give them both to me that would make us quicker blah blah blah.

Terrible attitude in the early morning. Stuff was upsetting about early working hours. But the customer should not take the blame
