I didn't take any photos of Big W but the photos are from the play area just in front of Big W. Very spacious with lots of options as usual.
Went to pick up my lay-by items and was greeted by an unfriendly person. When I asked if they needed to see my receipt, they said no and then just walked out the back to get the item. Got the item and no receipt was given.nnAnyone could have said my name and received my purchased goods. The experience was below average. Maybe some more training on customer service.
Picked up an online order just now and Isaac was an absolute delight. So helpful and friendly. What a nice change! That young man will go places
The store was well presented, easy to find what we were looking for. The service provided to us by Roman was exceptional. The man deserves a pay rise, in fact, he needs to be promoted to Store Manager.
A huge shout out to Jess & Issac, honestly these two have gone above and beyond. As a senior, I'm not good with technology and they were so very helpful & pleasant. Whilst my issue is still outstanding I'll be back tomorrow lol I could not have asked for better service. In an age where folk are so quick to criticise, I feel the world would be a better place if we learn to acknowledge a job well done.nKeep up the great work Jess & Issac
