10/10 customer service!nI popped to the stores today with some head phones I purchased about 7 months ago.nEvery so often one of the ear buds wouldn’t charge in the dock, anyway I did not have a the box or receipt with me but luckily It was saved on the system under my email address.nI was in the store for less then 5 minutes and the guys had me a brand new pair of headphone, they done a quick easy swap, I had no paper work to fill out and I was gone.nFantastic customer service!nAlso the young man that did the exchange for me was very helpful and friendly. Give him a good Christmas bonus this year nThank you.
I was really disappointed in the service I received today. I went in to this store to find a universal AC remote. I know this is pretty straight forward but I’ve had a lot of issues with universal remotes before so I just wanted to ask some questions. I went in just after 11am and the store wasn’t busy. I went up to two ladies who worked there, one of the ladies was discussing her new jeans and how stretchy they were. She noticed me and said hello, I asked if she could point me in the direction of universal AC remotes, she pointed to a wall and said everything AC is over there. I went over to said wall and couldn’t find them. I then went back over to her to ask for further help because all I could see were the AC units. She then said that isn’t her area and I need to find someone over there to help me. I was getting irritated by this point as she wasn’t doing anything, and in my opinion, customer service 101 you learn when you first enter the workforce she was twice my age is if you don’t know a customer’s question, find someone who does. I just wanted her to go out back and find someone to help me. She eventually did.nnMy partner and I have purchased some big ticket items in the past from this store to furnish our new house. Customer service is a passion of mine in my own area of work so this was a bit irritating and I can say I probably won’t be coming here again for our next house. Big ticket items or not..customer service is a huge deal in my opinion.
Had to return a non functioning fitbit. As usual service was first class. No problems. Item replaced. Great service from Josh. Has always been a pleasant experience to shop here.nHad to return my wife's fitbit on 10/11/25. Served by Belinda nd Geogia. Item replaced without any fuss. Lovely ladies to deal with and a credit to the retail industry.
I like this store.justvfeels vibrant and heaps and heaps of good stuff..bought a TV once and they were good to their word on warranty and I received a brand new TV all with no questions asked and no fault to them..Good location too with plenty of other interesting shops and great eateries
On Friday 19/12 at around 13:45, the customer male service staff member with glasses in the Click and collect area. He was yawning while speaking to me and mumbling, making it very difficult to understand what he was saying. When I asked for clarification, he became rude instead of helpful….
