This place was amazing when it was owned by Trade Secrets .After TK Max got hold of it you could be forgiven for thinking that you were in an op shop. That's not to say TK Max is a poor operation they clearly not. It's just that you need to go to their UK shops to get anything half decent. Only the dross gets dumped in Australia by the looks of it. When Trade Secrets ran it you could find Gucci and Versace bags and True Religion jeans.Still we found a cheap dogs bed today so maybe that sums it up

They have awesome products at awesome prices but the staff are most unhelpful and there is virtually no customer service even at the checkout. Also, they don’t fold your clothes purchases nicely they just roll then up all screwed up. They look bored and grumpy and if you have a problem they don’t help. You have to figure it out yourself.

They are slack at price tagging. You may have to pay more than what is price tagged on the item. We were there few days ago, my wife tried on a pair of jeans, but was told the tag was miss tagged when paying, without any apology for their mistake, a straight forward "take it or leave it" attitude with their new proposed price was given... a $120 jeans to $50 is a bargain, the proposed $70 is not far off from a good price but just not what it was tagged... anyway, it was a very unpleasant shopping experience...

It's like op shopping but for top/designer brands that are brand new from recent seasons, end of lines, samples etc...it's a treasure hunt for adults, you never know what gems you'll come across at a fraction of the cost. The benefit of there being so many brands under one roof is that you'll often find something that suits your body type. I came away with 10 items for $277 with a retail value of $690! Not to mention all the accessories and homewares...you're getting quality at bargain basement prices.
