Terrible, as its based on 1 staff member. Older, brown haired lady who wears a Brisbane football team scarf, I personally found to be very rude, abrupt, hostile, unfriendly, angry, rushed. Never smiled, just an angry face like I was a huge bother to her. Other staff around her were, in contrast, soft, friendly, settled. Lovely. However this one lady brings down the whole front service area atmosphere. Staff about her seemed nervous to talk, nervous to do anything like they were conscious of her manner and scared of her. Like she ruled with an iron fist. I, too, was so affronted by her manner, I dared not speak and wanted to get away from her asap. The rest of the store was nice. Lots of stock. Very modern and up to date items. Affordable prices, so on this, I gave 2 stars, just this one lady made for me personally, my whole experience, terrible, and I left with a bad feeling, hence my review.
Just love this store beautiful layout easy to find that special gift prices are very reasonable compared with other stores. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and obliging and if you have not visited this shop you are missing out great labels at great prices.
I have been for dry needling and remedial massage today was great experience. Therapists are well known and understanding chronic pain of each client.
I visited four different TKMaxx stores today, hunting down something special.nThe stores are clean very organised and the service staff are increasingly polite.nThanks very much!
Massive selection of all sorts. A smaller version of Kmart but better quality stuff better all round. some very cool stuff perfect getting that hard to buy family member something different. Will be shopping here again in future.
