Had a wonderful experience at this TK Maxx. We love going to different ones every time because their collection has so much variety and every store has different stock. Met Deb at the cashier, she was just so lovely, hospitable and friendly. She also surprised me with a great deal on my purchase, Thanks Deb. I've always come back happy with my shopping at TK Maxx
Indian girl told me on the phone that they had a specific product in stock, and plenty. I drove all the way from Northern NSW to this store to buy on the same day, got there and no product in sight. I asked to speak with her, and when she arrived she pointed to a similar product and said that I was wrong and that that was what I asked for. I SPECIFICALLY asked her to double check the brand name and product name completely different so that I wouldn’t drive all the way there for nothing. She assured me she did and lied, then proceeded to offer no apology and make excuses when I confronted her. Absolutely disgusting. I wasted 55 minutes alone just driving all the way there for NOTHING. Next time, when a customer is asking if you have stock of something, and asks you to double check, don’t lie and say you have when you clearly have not. She didn’t even know what product I was after, and instead of putting another sales person in the phone to help me, she lied and made me waste my day. Never shopping here again.

I went to the store today, and not only did I receive help choosing my Christmas presents, but I was also lucky enough to be served by the lovely Gen, who even wrapped my gifts! Great customer service
Love love love juicy from here. Everything here is stylish for all agers you can grab what you need for a nice outfit all in one shop
