Disgusted by the attitude of your staff member Stephanie. I went in store on the 16/12 to try a dress on that I saw online, wanted to try it on physically as I am in-between sizes generally with Dotti. My husband also needed to know what size I required as it was going to be a Christmas gift to me. I went to return the dress back onto the clothes rack and was about to leave when I got asked by Stephanie how the dress was and I said yeah good, I'm going to buy it online though and with an extremely rude tone got asked "Why online?". Firstly is it really any of your business to know why a customer may choose to buy it online and secondly our car is getting serviced today so we are trying not to carry too much with us around the shops today. She then just looked at me and with a rude attitude just replied with an ok. She needs to learn better customer skills and improve her attitude.
Shocking customer service! 2 ladies there and none of them could say “hi” or ask if I need a help, even tho I was holding 25 itens in my hands… even when I’ve ask for help, she just ignored me saying she was busy, she had to “serve” the customers . Went to fitting rooms, still no asking for help … I was actually pinching myself to see in case I became a ghost and haven’t noticed …
Staff was excellent. She Really made me feel comfortable. Super helpful with sizes and styles and i bought a couple of pairs of jeans and shorts. Love them. Thank you.
