The salesguy at Roger David Robina was exceptional. We had been to 2 suit stores before here and the service standards displayed were incomparable. He made sure every customer was attended to, given full attention, knowledgeable advice, and the right fit. There were more customers in this store than in Tarocash, or Lowes, yet the person serving did not miss a beat. In the other places we were ignored, unaknowledged and barely helped. The staff at Tarocash thankfully told us to come to Roger David, as the fit was much better for a skinny tall teenager. Tarocash staff did not know how to tie a tie, the salesman at Roger David fitted my son correctly, tied his tie and went the extra mile. Well done Roger David for excellent staff training, quality clothing in a good size range and excemplary service.
My girlfriend and I came in to find a suit for her. It's difficult to fit a female in a men's suit but the staff was so accomodating and knowledgable. Catherine was exceptional in her level of service and helpfulness. Will definitely be returning. Thanks again Catherine!
Excellent men's clothing that offers casual to suits. Went here to get my formal suit while in high school and the staff are very friendly and professional! Prices are reasonable.
Fabulous service from Toby ,really great advice and 2 very happy boys all decked out for formal.
Over priced, poor service, make returning product difficult.
