Myself and partner left this store really disappointed. After questioning why the exact same sleepwear for men cost an extra $10 for a female customer. The store staff fobbed it off by saying head office make the prices not them. We ended up leaving the items at the counter and exiting the store, not purchasing anything at all. Staff lost a sale and future customers by not being reasonable or understanding. Unfortunately Gender equality was certainly missing from Peter Alexander today. Certain staff members seemed very arrogant with poor attitudes. Shame.
Went in store the other day and was standing next in line to be served with one item - pj shorts. Staff member took them off me and offered to get me one boxed up. She then returned and put them behind the counter and processed the sale. Questioned why the box was different to the shorts and was told that the boxes have different patterns on them. Gave them as a gift only to realise she hAd swapped them for something completely different than that I wanted. Not happy.
Five stars to Matilda and Debbie who went above and beyond to help with the perfect Christmas gifts for my family. Beautiful gift wrapping and amazing service. Thankyou girls, will be back in future
I have to compliment Sandra, one of the staff at your Robina store. Today while shopping with my wife, I was feeling a bit unsteady on my feet, and she came to my aid and found a chair for me. She also provided excellent service to my wife who was looking for specific needs, and made the shopping experience easy. Peter Alexander should be proud, that he has staff like Sandra upholding the values of this great retail business. Thank you.
