I went in on Tuesday and was served by Maddison .H , very helpful and great attitude. Her vibes were just immaculate and just a lovely experience over all . Will be back
What a nightmare. Ordered a jacket online that was a size too big. Went to the Robina store and was told they didn’t have my size. Asked if they had one at Pacific Fair and they did. At pacific Fair I was then told I would have to pay an extra $25, as even though I bought it online on sale, it was full price in store and their “policy” even though it was just an exchange. Posit the extra $25. Drove half hour home and realised they’d left the security tag on. So back to Robina I go to get it removed. Will never purchase an item from here again.
Shop assistant too busy chatting to 2 customers before me when she had a queue and was very rude to me when I politely asked if she could please hurry up a bit as I had been waiting for quite some time. She said it was called customer service! They were chatting about where they had both worked before, nothing to do with the sale. Won’t go there again! No time for idle chit chat when you are the only assistant there and you have people waiting!
Absolutely horrendous service on Boxing Day. Made us line up for 10 minutes outside the store in a tiny area, packed in like sardines in a tin. When we got to the front of the line we were refused entry to the store because we wanted to do an exchange. I explained we are only in the area on holidays and need to do it today but the staff member refused saying “no returns in Boxing Day” Australian consumer law says no business is allowed to refuse returns simply because they are busy. The law stands regardless and I will be making a complaint. Never will we shop there again.
This is meant to be a zero star...not worth a one star. Firstly the girls here do not have customer service, they do not greet customers with a smile, they are caught up in their own little bubble and you can sense that they are just there working for a bit of cash. Seriously head over to Portmans and get some customer service skills girls.
We were in the store more than 15 minutes and we were not approached by staff at all even when my daughter went to use the change room. About 15 other people were in the store and I didnt see the staff approach any of them either. Management need a good kick up the arse and training on Customer service.
