My daughter purchased a $180 garment that ended up being faulty and they would not refund a week later, they told her they had to send it back to the designer for a refund, what a load of rubbish, Australian consumer Law states if an item or product is faulty the customer is entitled to a full refund. It wasn’t until I called the store that they agreed to the refund (which she was ebtileted to in the first place) the refund was given along with a whole lot of rudeness by two grown women to a teenager, eyeballing her, rolling their eyes and making her so uncomfortable, an absolute disgrace to themselves and the company they work for.
