Saw a dress that I thought my wife might like, I asked the woman working if I can return the dress if she didn't like it. The woman said yes that's no problem. Took it back 48 hours later and they would not refund it. They said I could only exchange it or get a store credit. Back to online shopping for us.
I travelled from Sydney, bought a top at full price intend to wear the next day at a event, took it out before the event the shop assistant left the tag on. With no service offered, she got ONE thing to do and fail it.
Customer service is a disaster. Employee refused to put a cardigan on hold for me. Also she told me I was a size 10 when I am not! I am a standard size 8. So offended and angry at this service.
