"i am going to hang up on you now" this was Josh's solution to my queries. He could not find my name in the system so he hang up on me. what pathetic staff you have working for you! my family, friends and customers will hear about this and I will make sure that they will never set foot in your store ever again! not only is your Josh a pathetic excuse for staff but your service is also a disgrace.

All I can say is WOW. My previous experience at Menai NSW left me hating Specsavers, however the crew at Robina totally blew my mind, they went out of their way to make sure I walked out of their store almost excited about my glasses that are coming. At first I tried Multifocal lenses - which didn't work. S they changed it all over to the best thing for me and gave me all the bells and whistles!

Got bifocal glasses a couple of weeks ago and a shop assistant marked the dots on the glasses for where the change in strength should start. This should have been done by a trained optometrist and now the glasses are not right. Went in yesterday to bring up the issue and a girl lowered the glasses frame until only the metal of the frame was sitting on my nose and told me to see how it goes. Are you kidding!! They stuff it up and then try to shoo you out the door. Learned my lesson and next time will use a professional Optometrist. Won't ever get glasses from Specsavers again.

I took my daughter here and would highly recommend the team at Robina, great service, great with kids (even though my daughter wanted to try on every pair in the shop) The optometrist was young but much more thorougher and nice to deal with than any other optometrist I have ever dealt with which gave me full confidence in her. Best service I have seen anywhere for a very long time.
