Have a mostly lovely experience choosing new glasses with my wife. Up until my wife sat down with Donna to finalise the purchase, she was horrendously pushy playing on my wife’s fears to close the sale. We ended up walking out of the store to the other Specsavers up stairs. I did not appreciate the scare tactic sales method.
