Amazing store amazing service the staff here want to be there they genuinely are about your needs. The lady who I dealt with initially I believe her name was Grace went above and beyond she has incredible customer service skills she picked two pairs of glasses out for me and I didn’t need to try on anymore they where perfect and classy and stylish which sums me up in a nutshell
My third time i got my multifocal here, no problem with the optometrists except one ten years ago made me that i could hardly see and dangerous, the manager was so nice to allow me to return it. I had one Versace last year very nice and i have one on order yesterday and waiting to pick it in few weeks time. I have decided not to have my eyeglasses here next year because staff especially female are rude. I have brought some friends here to get eyeglasses and i will not do it again.

I would like to thank the team at OPSM robina. I came in last Wednesday in pain with a shard of metal in my eye and the front counter staff gave me some eyewash for relief and rejigged things to fit me in with the optometrist Scott who removed it for me. Sacrificed his lunch break on his birthday! Massively appreciated their level or care; would recommend this place to anyone.
Claire is an absolute delight. She is caring, informative, articulate, and delivers technical jargon in very practical terms. I feel very comfortable, and will continue to 'see' her as an optometrist

This is my 2nd visit to OPSM and am very happy with the finished product. From single vision to multi focus and you can't believe the difference it has made to not only being able to see distant views but up close without having to take my glasses off. 100% quality service and products
