Huge shout out to Lisa from the Robina store! I was trying to track down a dress and Lisa looked into it, found it, called me back and put it on hold for me to come and try it on. I thought customer service like this was non-existent anymore but it was so refreshing! She was lovely to deal with on the phone & in person. Made my shopping experience so much better. Thank you! X

Myself and my friend are major City Chic shoppers and usually spend up a storm at Loganholme and sometimes pop into PacFair another review to come for that one... but Robina. We have been together twice now, and will never go again. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I have only given 2 starts because one time we went one of the staff did seem to be trying her best to be nice, but was literally on top of us the whole time, everywhere we moved in the store she'd suddenly have to organise the racks within 80cm of us. Very, very strange. All other staff we had encountered both times were just rude and at one point were heard talking really nastily about another staff member not present.
Went into City Chic Robina to look at some dresses. I really don’t usually enjoy trying clothes on. The lovely Lisa greeted us with a great smile and was extremely helpful with finding the dresses I wanted to look at and even suggested some others. I happily tried several dresses on and purchased one. Thank you so much Lisa from Robina you made my shopping so easy and fun. See you again soon
Went in today. The lady was amazing! She fitted me for bras and dresses. If you have a large F cup chest like me this place will not disappoint! Absolutely stunning bra and panty sets that are very well priced. She was so patient, kind and caring. This is now the only place I’ll go for clothes and lingerie. Thank you so much
I had the best customer service on Sunday at City Chic Robina from a lovely lady named Shannan, she helped me with a return and helped me find a pair of jeans that fit perfectly. Good customer service is hard to find, she is a keeper.
Went in to look at some overalls and was greeted by Emily who showed me some outfits and made the whole experience so much fun! Very LGBT friendly, great music, great staff,generous selection and sizing. Will shop from here again in the near future
