I went shopping at your Robina store and found an item marked for $25 on your sale rack. I went to the checkout to purchase the item, upon payment the girl requested full price. I let her know it was marked down on the tag and she said she couldn’t give it to me for that price claiming she wasn’t sure why it was there when it was clearly marked like the other sale items in red pen. She then asked her manager over text and he said no that it would need to be bought as full price. Not a good look for General Pants and the manager and staff had no knowledge at all
Normal staff are fine, super helpful and nice, the manager, on the other hand, takes his time coming to the counter and his customer service was nil compared to likeminded stores, eg. Universal. The clothes do not match the price you pay for them, I've bought two different pairs of pants from them and both zippers broke after the first wear.
Manager refused to do the returns which I was given the wrong size from the staff to start up with. Ended up going to pacific fair store who accommodated with the returns.
Went in today and got some sick Ksubi jeans all thanks to the awesome manager he is super sick to chat with, always a good vibe love this place!
Awesome place to shop, friendly helpful staff, love this shop. We will always shop here to find our favs.
