It was so lovely to walk into Camilla at Robina this afternoon and be greeted by Elaina and Mia … both welcoming, helpful and very professional young ladies! What an asset to this store . Previously the service was non existent whenever I walked into this shop and the staff didn’t even acknowledge my existence but luckily they have been replaced by two rays of sunshine… or should I say angels Well done girls and thank you for a wonderful experience in this store …A+
Love this store as everything is laid out nicely and lots of choice. Love the dresses.
FABULOUS *** Sales Assistant: Was greeted on arrival by a young girl named TEJA. She is a relatable, nice, and welcoming woman who made the whole process so easy. Purchase: I went in for a belt and came out with a dress. That’s how good Teja was. I had my eye on an online dress and fabric that they didn’t have in store in my size. Teja grabbed me the same dress but in a different new print which was TO DIE FOR. My boyfriend loved it and said I deserved it…so I bought it. A great experience all round.
Went into this store as I had seen a beautiful gown from the doorway. Yes, the gowns are stunning but the service was terrible. I was the only customer in the store when I heard the staff members saying to one another "make like a tree and leave!" They thought I hadn't heard it and pretended to smile at me while I tried on a couple of items. Why would you buy from somewhere that treats you like this?
There was a young lady who was fabulous. I don’t know her name, but even though I myself had lost 55kg. She was not the twig that many Couture retailers employ. I love that! And she was so honest and attentive without knowing my history! I love her!
The staff are usually very friendly, but can have a tendency to not give you their time if they don’t think you are purchasing anything. As a newsletter subscriber I like to try on the styles I see in the emails but only buy something if I truly love it on. It’s for this reason I will go out of my way if possible to try styles on at Pacific Fair.
I would like to say thank you these amazing ladies in Robina Camilla Toni and the other girl they went above and beyond to help me find 2 perfect outfits for weddings I will be going to very helpful and Lovely genuine ladies... Will now always go to robina as I had a very bad experience at Pacific fair they didnt seem to want to help me at all : So thank you Ladies I will see you again soon
A lovely store. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Merchandise isn't cheap, however very beautiful.
