All the staff are amazing and so attentive. Since having one positive situation, myself and family members keep on returning for our Jewellery as the customer service is wonderful and the jewellery is gorgeous and lasts!

Buying a half a Carat diamond with white gold earrings and they treated me very badly. The initial girl I spoke to had no idea what she was doing but acted as if she was above me and knew everything, then the older lady treated me like a child also. I am a 29 year old man trying to buy a nice present for my partner and I walked out of the store feeling belittled. I am going to Pacific Fair Angus and Coote to buy the earrings, hopefully they are more pleasant!!!
