Women all over the world love PANDORA. We created this Facebook page in order to facilitate communication between fans, and to enable as much dialogue as possible between PANDORA and fans.

Please find below a few guidelines we all follow to maintain a pleasant and respectful environment.

I purchased a charm from this store having reviewed the magazines in store. When I got home I realised I had been charged $79 instead of $69 as advertised in their sales literature. I returned to the store and explained this and was informed that their literature was outdated due to a recent price increase. Despite being advertised at one price, they charge what they like. I thought once a retailer advertised at one price they were obliged to sell at that price. Will not be returning! One very unhappy customer.
I went in this morning to see if they had a specific ring I wanted, the girl said no. Don't bother asking to check if any other pandora store had any in stock. I asked then if they do ring size measurements and she gave me a ring size thing. She seemed clueless, didnt care about the customer aka, me. I won't be going back to that store of they don't know how to give proper customer service, such a disappointment, compared to helensvale. Don't know if it's worth trying the pacific fair one

Worst experience ever in Robina store today. I visited this store with my husband and my 4 years old daughter. It was busy in the store, so we have to wait in a queue about 15 minutes. When we where first in the queue and some customers just left the store I saw the necklace the reason why we visited the store on the shelf next to the entrance. So in excitement went straight there to show to my husband. After a half minutes a lady come to me and told me that I can browse in store but I have to step back in the back of the line if I would like to be served. I told her that I was next i line but she didn't show any care about it. So because I was with a 4 years old I didn't want to wait in line just left the store with bitter taste in my mouth. I will never come back in this store again!
Good prices & jewellery but staff were standing behind counter I had to wave for assistance
Discriminatory staff and business. Spend your money some place more worthy of your hard earned $. We did and I couldn’t be more glad that we did!!!! More than happy to share here and with all that we know
Fantastic range of jewellery and staff. I waited in the queue and once i reached the front the staff were apologetic about the wait and happily helped me decide what charms to buy and gave me all the advice i needed to keep them clean. Highly recommend talking to the staff member named Courtney.
The most lovely staff member helped me and my sister on Christmas Eve pick out some last minute pieces for her friends. Was so funny and lovely, didn’t catch her name at all but wish I had of!!! She was working between 8-12ish.
I was in the store today and waited 10 minutes it was busy so I understand the wait time once a worker was free she come up to me and asked how she could help me. After I explained I needed help finding a charm I was looking for she looked at the people next to me and said “I think they were next” we were in no line it was in the middle of the store with other people around us, we were all browsing. The people next to me explained they just needed to get a ring. She explained she would come back to help me after helping the people next to me as ‘they were next’. It felt as though the staff member decided to help someone with an “easier request” also when there are people browsing I don’t understand how their is an order in which you serve people? Someone needs to explain to the staff that if you ask one person how they need help and they tell you, that is the person you should help. After being told by the same staff member that she would help me next and end up forgetting about me, I left and went to Emma and Roe where I was served within 30 seconds of walking into the store and was greeted with open arms.
Customer service at this store was above and beyond what anyone could ask for. Staff in general were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was served by Courtney, who listened to my needs and assisted me in selecting the perfect gift. Would recommend a visit if you are in the search for a beautiful piece of jewelry or even if you would just like to have a look.
