If I could post 0/5 stars I would. I have probably spent over $500 in the last few months in your store and the way your ‘manager’ Sasha treated me today was disgusting and the reason why I will NEVER shop at any of your stores ever again. She laughed in my face when I came in to return a faulty pair of tights that were bought a week ago, worn once and spilt at the seem. She then refused the refund which made me so upset and rather than trying to resolve the situation she told me that I had an attitude problem and walked off cursing names about me. All because I wanted a refund for a faulty item! She also told her other staff member Casey to hurry up and serve me so I would leave the store so she wouldn’t have to deal with me anymore. All I wanted was a refund for my faulty tights but apparently she wasn’t allowed to do that. I am seriously shocked that she is 1 a manager and 2 presenting your company. I really hope that higher management reassess her position as I’m sure this isn’t the first complaint she has had.
Thank you to the lovely girls at the store today. I had an exchange to do and the girls were so helpful. Wonderful customer service.
Rude customer service the lady at the counter didn’t even make eye contact and just spoke to another employee behind the counter and just completely ignored me and all the other customers. Didn’t say one single word, just clicked her fingers at me when it was my turn to go to the counter

Unfriendly service and products are expensive for what it’s worth. Would rather shop somewhere else...
