It’s located on the north eastern corner of the mall on the first floor.nThe store is filled with kids books and toys in the middle and I appreciate how tidily all kinds of products are classified in this BIG W, which makes us easier to find what we want.
I brought a TV online that was in stock on friday 15 at 9am today is the 20th and still no TV. The store is only a 25 minute drive to my place. The Tracking system is like 5 years old technology it says its on its way delivery pick up then it stops for days not knowing when it will arrive. You can get groceries in a few hours. Why don't you use people with vans to deliver instead of Truck companies. Wake up Big W I'm piss mainly with the tracking system that has kept be waiting around not knowing when I can go out because I'm worried the parcel might show up while I'm out shopping
Great deals and sizing. Most times everything is in stock compared with other stores. Click & collect doesn't take long..For online orders, post sometimes comes in multiple packages. I love the deals on half priced books and beauty. Excellent pet selection and always find plenty of gifts for everyone and cards for every occasion.
I wanted to mention a young lad named Lachlan, who works in Big W Robina. He said that he normally does stock refills. On Thursday evening I was searching for a particular drinking cup for my daughter and couldn’t find it. I was looking for about 15 mins. I asked if he knew where they might be. He searched with me for another 5 mins without success. I thanked him for his time and help.nI had left the section and he came to find me quite a few minutes later after finding the cup for me. Such a great employee and so willing to help. He went above and beyond. Have encountered a lot of great staff in Big W Robina. Always so willing to help.nThank you Lachlan.
I stood in the party section for over 20minutes today, pressing the buzzer for service at least 4 times during that time. No one came to the service area.nIf you don’t have the capacity to serve your customers, maybe you should consider putting a sign out in those department areas notifying customers of when those areas are manned with staff, so as not to waste people’s time and patience.
