I received great service today while I was in store, I didn’t catch the girls name, blonde young girl who was working at around 12.30pm. Very helpful with helping me with my sizing and even placing items on hold for me as I was indecisive. I normally purchase on line so was nice to see service was also good in store.
I went in to the dressing room to try on what I thought was a dress. The older lady who worked there came and asked if I was wearing it as a dress, I said yes and she continued to say “well it’s not a dress it’s a shirt” I reply “that’s fine I’m still going to wear it as a dress”. THEN she continues to say “well did you look at the price tag” I replied “I can afford it” Honestly the rudest experience ever. And when I paid for it she continued to say “did you look for any pants for the shirt” Honestly rudest customer service ever.
I literally hated shopping! But Lisa was AMAZING - her choices were on point, she didn’t hassle me, was patient, insightful and gently pushed me out of my comfort zone into a fabulous new style! My Hubby and friends loved my new look so much I came back a week later and shopped again!!
the girl working alone at robina town centre dissh on the 19th of march 2022 at 3pm needs serious customer service training. she was so rude, did not welcome me and my mother into the store and completely ignored us. made me put off shopping there when i specifically wanted to grab something, won’t be returning because of her
The older lady that works here is so rude and unprofessional! I really needed help picking out an outfit yesterday afternoon however she was to busy talking to her friend telling her how she had recently chucked a sickie but wasn’t even sick and complaining about customers and how they always leave there clothes on the floor. This isn’t the first time I have been in here and received very bad service from this lady. She must really hate her job!
Rudest lady serving me, had an attitude the entire time? Then palmed me off to another employee who was equally as rude. Was it that hard to put my sale through? Not professional at all.
I think it was the store manager that helped me out on Friday but she was so helpful and gave me a student discount and I love coming into this store because the girls are so helpful You guys are awesome
Staff are pretty rude and even if you are actually interested in a sale they wouldn't be interested. It's a shame cause I like the dresses
Love the new linen range at Dissh. Big sale section here and the staff were really helpful
